BASE
Keep base make-up to a minimum. Stick to a matte foundation.
EYES
Brush and pencil eyebrows- The bolder the better! Apply a mix of dark shadows and darker eyeliner. A smoky eye will help create the overall dishevelled look.
CHEEKS
Basic contouring will make cheekbones more prominent and create a harsher Punk look.
Lips
Finish the look with a deep berry colour.
