How does Würth Refillo system work? Refillo is a simple, quick and easy manual refilling system, that uses a re-useable can filled with liquid and compressed air.
So how does the whole system come together? The 3 easy steps to Refillo
So what do I need ? All you need is a compressed air unit, the Refillo station and Refillo can and you are ready to save your company money.
How many components does it contain? The Refillo system contains just 2 components. 1. The designated spray can 2. The air refilling station
1 Simply unscrew the lid and pour in the amount of product to the level indicated which is marked on the side of the can.
Would there be anything else I need? Just the product to fill up your Refillo cans with.
2 Once filled to the level indicated screw the lid back on.
That’s quite simple, what are the benefits to me ? New rules on waste The 16th July 2005 saw the introduction of the Hazardous Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2005. These regulations made dramatic changes to the system used for managing and tracking the movement of hazardous waste, indeed the regulations introduced the term hazardous, where previously the term special waste was used. Chemical waste that is harmful to human health or to the environment, either immediately or over an extended period of time is called hazardous waste. If your business produces hazardous waste you have a ‘Duty of Care’ to make sure its disposed of properly. You will normally need to get a waste contractor to take it away which costs money based on how much you have. Using Refillo reduces waste costs by not having to throw cans into the chemical bin. Giving you a system you can refill again and again. Plus Refillo uses a lot less space, from previously having a rack full of cans, you now have one Refillo can and a canister per product.
