Pinocchio
There was once a poor old carpenter called Geppetto. One day, he began to carve a puppet out of a piece of wood. After he had carved the eyes and nose, he gave it a name Pinocchio. When he had completed carving the puppet, it, to his astonishment, began to speak. “Teach me to walk,” Pinocchio said. Geppetto taught him how to put one leg in front of the other.
