The Wetheringsett Values Hope, Forgiveness, Peace, Faith, Commitment, Concern, Awe, Love Everyone involved in Wetheringsett VCP school will maintain a positive partnership between school and home. Everyone will lead by example, providing positive role models and encouragement. Everyone will have open communication between school and home Everyone will respect the school and its resources. Children We will work as hard as we can in all our lessons. We will uphold the agreed code of behaviour and obey our school rules. Staff and governors We will uphold the ethos of a Church of England school. We will work together to develop the whole child. We will ensure that pupils can achieve their full potential as individuals. We will encourage children to enjoy their life at school and we will praise achievements. We will encourage children to act responsibly and make real decisions. We will encourage children to take ownership of their learning and We will build high self-esteem in all our pupils. Parents: We will offer practical support to children by giving them time. We will help and guide our children with homework and discuss the school day. We will help children to remember the things they need for school.
