Ticket Returns

If you are unable to attend a concert, we urge you to return your tickets to us so that they can be made available to another patron. We will mail you a tax-deductible contribution receipt for tickets returned by noon on the performance date. We call tickets returned in this way “angel tickets” because they allow someone to attend the Symphony who might not otherwise have the chance. So be an angel, and if you realize you will not be able to use your tickets for a given concert, return the tickets in person or by mail (WVSO, attn: Angel Tickets, PO Box 2292, Charleston, WV 25328).

Ticket Exchanges

You may exchange tickets for Symphonic and Pops series performances from Friday to Saturday or Saturday to Friday on a concert-by-concert basis. Tickets must be exchanged at least 24 hours prior to the concert for which you have tickets.
