Vacancy: Vulture Monitoring Assistants for Vulture Translocation Programme(No.3 at each places)
Details about the job opening:The Bombay Natural History Society is working on theVulture Conservation Breeding programmeto save the critically endangered species from extinction. The programme has set up four Conservation Breeding Centres in the country (Pinjore in Haryana, Raja BhatKhawain West Bengal, Bhopal in Madhya Pradeshand Rani in Assam). The vultures fit to be released in the wild will be releasedin Maharashtra Rajasthan and Assam. The vulture monitoring assistants required to monitor the released vultures.
Job Specification for Vulture Monitoring Assistants: The selected person should be preferably a Science Graduate from recognized university/institution in Biology, Life Sciences/Environment Science. The candidate should have interest in wildlife conservation and should be prepared to do work independently.
Job Description: The job will involve
Age: Below 30 years
Place of work: Maharashtra, Rajasthanand Ass
Remuneration: Rs on professional contract
Experience: Birding experience of minimum 5 years.
