WALK-IN-INTERVIEW A walk-in-interv iew is scheduled on 20th June, 2018 fro m 10:00 hrs. onwards at ICAR-National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resources, Lucknow for selection of Young Professional-II (01 No.) in the Centre for Agricultural Bioinformatics (CA Bin), ICA R-IASRI, New De lhi Scheme’s funded project entitled “Network Project on Agricultural Bi oinformatics and Computational Biol ogy” on contractual basis. Qualification Essential Qualification: Post-Graduate in Bioinformatics or Graduate Engineering/Technology/Veterinary Science.

Desirable Qualification: Working experience in Bioinformatics (especially DNA/whole genome sequence analysis), database development/management, programming using C ++ /Perl.
Terms & Conditions:1. Above positions are purely temporary and may be terminated by the Director, ICAR -NBFGR, Lucknow without assigning any reasons at any stage. The same can be extended on half yearly basis on candidate’s every 06monthly performance assessment and fund availability. Ho wever the total tenure will not exceed two years in any case. 2. The tenure of YP’s will be governed by ICA R guidelines. 3. Only those candidates will be allo wed to appear for interview who fulfill all the eligibility conditions. 4. All the eligible candidates appearing for interview should bring their coloured passport size photograph and all the original certificates along with self attested photocopies in support of their educational qualification/experience at the time of interview. 5. Place of work will be at ICAR-NBFGR, Lucknow. 6. No TA/DA will be paid fo r appearing in Interview. 7. All eligib le candidates are requested to be present 30 minutes before scheduled time on the date of Interview for necessary formalit ies. 8. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature. 9. The selection will be based on Academic Performance, Research Experience and performance in interview. 10.
