Job description:
Candidate has to analyse the large clinical proteomics data that will be generated in in-house mass spectrometry laboratory. Laboratory is well equipped with Mass spectrometry and computational facilities for large scale proteome data analysis.
Candidate will be given exposer to complete mass spectrometry work flow (sample preparation, data collection and analysis)
