Positions available for one Senior Project Fellow, one Junior Project Fellow and Two Project Assistants under Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Govt. of India sponsored project entitled “Evaluation of “MAK ADJUVOL”as an adjuvant with recommended pesticides in tea (Phase II)” at Entomology Department of Tocklai Tea Research Institute, Tea Research Association, Jorhat-785008, Assam as per following details. The appointments will be purely on temporary contractual basis and hence the Institute will not provide any employment after completion of the project.

1 (One) Essential Qualification: M.Sc.. in Life Science / Agriculture sciences/ plantation crops

Knowledge of computer applications and statistics will be preferred.

Desirable Qualification and Experience: Knowledge in Plant Pathology

Knowledge of computer applications and statistics will be preferred

Upper Age Limit is 28 years.

Rs. 31,000 + 8% HRA per month

The Incumbent will have to supervise overall projectrelated activities, including multilocation field trials, extensive field visits to monitor field trial activities or implementation, data collection, data compilation, report preparation, etc.

Project Duration

2 (Two) Essential Qualification: Graduate

Desirable Qualification and Experience: Preference in B.Sc. in Life sciences ; experience in Laboratory work and Knowledge of computer applications will be preferred

Rs. 15,000 + 8% HRA per month

Any project related work in lab or field

Upper Age Limit is 28 years.

1. The above posts are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
