A Walk-in-Interview will be held on 15th June, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. in the Seminar Room, Division of Plant Biology, Centenary Campus, Bose Institute, P-1/12, C.I.T. Scheme VII-M, Kolkata 700 054 for One (01) position of Junior Research Fellow in the Department of Biotechnology, Government of West Bengal sponsored project entitled, “Investigating the role of Trithorax factor ULTRAPETALA 1 in salt stress response in rice” under the guidance of Dr. Shubho Chaudhuri, Division of Plant Biology. The project is tenable for three (3) years from the date of implementation. Details of qualification, fellowship, age etc. are as follows: •
Essential Qualification : A good academic record with M.Sc. degree in Botany (preferably with specialization in Plant Molecular Biology and has experience in plant tissue culture) and valid NET(LS) or GATE qualification.

Fellowship : Rs. 16,000/- p.m. plus 15% HRA and MA @ Rs. 300/-.

Age : Below 28 years as on the day on which application is made. (relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/Women candidates only as per rules) Eligible and Interested candidates may appear before the Selection Committee with a
