Virtual showings are now common vernacular along with virtual listing presentations and video walkthroughs. As a company, we are making a shift and decreasing our newspaper and magazine print ads and will focus more on the digital space. Although newspaper advertising is still a large part of our marketing strategy, distribution has been on a steady decline and will continue to do so. We will replace those insertions with digital impressions. Our new digital strategy is a comprehensive plan that is focused on increasing website traffic to promote the sale of existing listings, getting new listings and driving traffic to your open houses.

Programmatic display is designed to get our message in front of our market with online banner advertising. It is highly targeted and is integrated with all the major data exchanges. Our analytics tell us that 50% of our website visitors are coming to us on a mobile device. Mobile phones now provide a unique view into customer behaviors, frequently visited locations, habits, interests and much more. We are now targeting our customers on their mobile phones based on these criteria through Device ID and Geo Fencing.

SOCIAL MEDIA All listings $300K and above with at least two photos in MLS will receive a 5-day promotion on social media through Boost by Homespotter. Your listing will be seen by thousands of potential buyers with targeted placements on Facebook, Instagram and affiliated websites. In addition, we are running targeted company campaigns every month promoting the sale of your existing listings, getting new listings and driving traffic to your open houses.

Our new print schedule will be slightly modified with an emphasis on the seasonal months. On the months we are not printing the magazine, a digital version will be available and will be promoted online.

We have established a new URL and landing page to promote our open houses on a weekly basis: MyOpenHouse.me. We are promoting this in print and digitally to drive traffic to the landing page. We have a stand alone ad in both Florida Weekly and Naples Daily News every week.

*Deadline - Must have an MLS#, Active Status and Ad Copy in Agent Central to be included. Open Houses must also be scheduled before this date.

Homelook Preview will be printed and inserted in the Naples Daily News twice a month. One issue will strictly promote your open houses and the other will include a mix of listings. Deadline for scheduling open houses in Agent Central is 9AM Monday prior to Sunday insertion. *An RSVP email is sent out at 9:30AM on Tuesday by Julie Littman to fill the “featured listings” back page. Cost is $175 per space. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis in response to the RSVP email.
