A slow September combined with balanced market conditions proved to be an opportunity for buyers over the summer. An increase in inventory and competition is anticipated as residents and vacationers return to the area in search of homes for the season.
September, typically the slowest month of the year saw a return to the norm. In October we have seen sellers who were waiting on the sidelines this summer jump into the market to list their homes in anticipation of a larger buyer pool returning to town to shop for homes.
