Miscellaneous Class Lists Class lists and other start-of-school information will be sent in August. Lunch/Snack Lunch and snack are provided every day for all students. We are a nut sensitive school and we ask families not to bring outside food into the school. Birthday cupcakes are provided once a month from our kitchen. After School Options VCS offers a variety of after school options for students of all ages. There are many options to choose from whether they are free or cost an additional fee. Please contact the Business Office for information about applicable fees and information about discounted fees for families who qualify for Tuition Assistance. All options will be provided with more information at the start of the school year. PlayGroup (K - 5th Grade) runs from dismissal to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. PlayGroup children have a snack and remain in school until picked up by their parents or caregivers. AfterSchool Courses (K-5th Grade) are available to students of in the Lower School and offer a number of subjects for an additional fee. The VCS Instrument Lessons Program (4th - 8th Grade) offers individual instrumental instruction with a professional musician for an additional fee. Open Library (6th - 8th Grade) is available daily. Upper School students may drop in the Library every day from dismissal to 5:30 p.m. Students are supervised as they work on homework, read or participate in other quiet activities.
