First things first... where are we?
IT COULDN’T BE EASIER.
By road, rail or air we’re centrally located midway between Cambridge and Milton Keynes. Just a stones throw from the A1, the A428 junction.
St Neots train station is a 10 minute drive away with regular trains to and from London. Both Luton and Stansted airports are less than an hour away.
When on-site, you’ll see signposts for The Waterfront Hotel, Spa & Golf, it’s situated in the middle of the resort.

BY ROAD / NORTH OR SOUTHLeave A1 at A428 junction (signposted Cambridge) just south of St Neots. From north, take third exit at the roundabout. From the south, take the fourth exit at the roundabout (back towards A1).
BY ROAD / EASTFrom Cambridge and M11, take A428 (signposted Bedford). Take first exit at roundabout just before junction with A1.

We have 30 EV charging points available every hour of the day across the site.
We have tried to make this as easy as possible for all users in the hope it will encourage more EV drivers in the future.
The best thing about charging with us is that it’s all renewable energy so you are being super green!
Our 10 Tesla Superchargers are located at The Waterfront Hotel, Spa & Golf and are available 24/7, only suitable for the Tesla model.
This is the fastest charging option when you’re away from home, allowing you to charge your car up to 200 miles in 15 minutes.

SUPERIOR ROOMS
Featuring super king size beds, our superior rooms are perfect for a short stay. En-suite shower room features walkin shower and Perfumas Garden toiletries.
DELUXE ROOMS
Larger in size and stylishly decorated for a warm and welcoming stay. A good night’s sleep is assured in the super king sized bed with down-topped mattress.
THE WYBOSTON SUITE
As per the Deluxe room but with an extensive wardrobe and storage space for an extended stay. Lounge area with three-piece sofa and dining table for four. 48” and 32” flat screen TV, laptop safe, luxury teas and mini-fridge.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower and full-sized bath with a wide range of luxury toiletries. Illuminated make-up station and complimentary electrical equipment during your stay.
