Welcome to The Willows Training Centre.

General Information
As a Firebrand guest, you have Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included in your stay. Any extras such as drinks from the bar must be paid for at the time of ordering and cannot be charged back to your room.
Firebrand Orientation
Please refer to your Firebrand Joining Instructions for information of your orientation time. This will take place in the Firebrand Training Centre. Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before the commencement of the session.
You will find the Firebrand training centre by exiting the Willows and turning to the right across the car park.
We operate two open networks with The Willows: “Wyboston Wi-Fi” and “Willows Wi-Fi”
You do not need a password to access these networks. Please be aware that Firebrand have a different network so you may need to join on entering their building.
Please put the door hanger on the outside of your door before 10 am if you want your room cleaned.
If you are staying for multiple nights and choose not to have your room cleaned, we will plant a tree on-site, as part of our ROOM2Grow project.
Want a longer snooze & your room cleaned? No problem, just call the reception with the time you want your room cleaned.

Check out is at 11:00am on your day of departure.
A late check out can be arranged subject to availability for an additional charge with the reception team.
