How Can Physiotherapy Help in Neck Pain?  A vast majority of today’s world population suffers from Neck Pain.  The major reason for this is usually poor posture.  It is more than probable that you are currently reading this article sitting on a chair in front of your computer or lying in your bed with a tablet in your hands.  As unlikely as it seems, poor or incorrect posture is one of the biggest culprits of causing neck pain.

Neck Stretching: Keep your body straight; push your chin gently forward, so that your throat can be stretched. Slightly tense muscles of your neck, maintain this position for 5 sec. Now get your head to center and slightly push backwards, make sure to keep your chin up. Hold this position for 5 seconds. It should be repeated 5 times. 2. Neck Tilt: Tilt head down so that it can rest your chin on your chest. Gently tense the muscles of your neck, maintain this position for 5 sec. Get back to your normal position.
