RETAINING WALLS & PANELS FREE-STANDING L-WALLS Free standing retainer L-walls are ideal for the bulk storage of materials such as silage, feedstuffs, coal or aggregates. Designed to facilitate dual load-bearing and are available in a variety of sizes: •
1.2m wide units available in heights of 1.0m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.4m, 3m and 3.5m

BUNKER WALL AND A-WALLS Available in 5’/1.52m, 8’/2.4m, 10’/3m and 12’/3.65m heights (3.9’/1.25m wide) Freestanding bunker walls are designed to minimise the hassle of storing bulk materials. The wall is the optimum shape and profile for the storage of grain, aggregate, solid fuels and other materials. These double load bearing walls incorporate forklift recesses in the base to facilitate repositioning, allowing you to change widths of bays in line with your business demands or crop yields. •
Walls up to 10’/3m do not need to be bolted down when retaining material which has a density of less than 12kg/m3. This includes grain, solid fuels, recycling materials, woochip, potatoes etc.

A heavier profile wall is available for retaining silage in both 8’/2.4m and 10’/3m heights. These will need to be bolted to a suitably reinforced slab

Concrete A-walls are also available in 8/2.4m’ and 10’/3m heights (3.9’/1.25m wide)

Designed with external fixing points enabling them to be easily unbolted and re-sited allowing you to change widths of bays

PRE-STRESSED CONCRETE WALL PANEL Available in a variety of sizes Pre-stressed wall panels are designed for speed of installation, strength, durability and versatility. The wide range of sizes and depths available allows for a variety of applications; from forming walls in livestock buildings, to retention of bulk materials. 4”/6” thick panels in standard lengths 15’/4.5m and 20’/6m long at various heights (3’2”/1m, 3’.9”/1.2m and 4’9”/1.5m) we can also supply bespoke sizes manufactured to order.

SLURRY MANAGEMENT CONCRETE SLATS Available in a variety of sizes The slat sizes can be designed to suit individual shed requirements. Concrete cattle slats are ideal for use; over slurry channels, underground tanks, and as part of a suspended floor system. Benefits of cattle slats: •
With the increase in the price of straw, suspended slat floors are a cheaper, long term option
•
Reduced bedding costs and in turn labour costs due to less time needed cleaning and changing bedding
•
As the slurry is dropped into the tank below, it can then be easily collected by tankers
•
Animal welfare is better with reduction in slurry heel, and other foot problems e.g. digital dermatitis
•
Pre-cast concrete beams and pillars also available
LONG TERM ION SOLUT
PRE-CAST CONCRETE SLATTED TANKS A range of slatted tanks available to suit a wide range of applications. Tanks ranging from 36m3 (8,000 gal) down to 11.3m3 (2,500 gal) that come with a slatted lid option, which are ideal for use in collection yards and as reception tanks for slurry stores. Slatted lids are supplied with galvanised safety manhole covers to allow access to the tank for slurry agitators. Tanks can be cored prior to delivery for pipe entries. •

SLURRY CHANNELS Concrete slurry channel system designed to facilitate the free-flow of slurry along the concrete channel from shed into storage tanks, reception pits etc. •
Fast and easy installation

Spigot and socket system provides a tight joint which can be sealed if required.

Can be covered with either diagonal slats or a solid cover, diagonal slats can be cattle bearing or tractor bearing

HOUSING CUBICLE KERB STONES Available in 5’/1.5m or 8’/2.4m lengths in different profiles Designed to create a cubicle "heel stone" behind which sand can be placed to bed the cow. Easily fitted to an existing concrete floor or foundation, by simply bedding it with sand or mortar, and bolting down through the recessed holes in the kerb.
CONCRETE FOOTBATHS Our Footbath is suitable for use on either a solid floor or as a component within a suspended floor. It features a 4” /100mm bung to facilitate rapid emptying. •
A curved inner wall is a feature of the 13’ (4m) x 3’4” (1m) x 1’ (0.3m) footbath which helps prevent loss of valuable solution

Each footbath includes a slightly roughened floor as standard, providing secure footing for livestock
•
Footbaths can be manufactured to specific customer sizes and requirements

PORTABLE CONCRETE CUBICLES Portable concrete cubicle base complete with metal cubicle. Metal is completely removable from the bed allowing easy storage or alternative uses and arrangements of cubicles. Concrete cubicles bases also available in single or double units.
