Health walks calendar 2015

All health walks are free and everyone is welcome no matter what their age or ability. The volunteer walk leaders can help you take up walking by starting you off at a gentle amble for 10 to 20 minutes and leading you up to a one hour walk on our easy health walks. Please let the leader know if you would find this helpful.

Please note we need 7 days notice to book a tramper for a health walk.
