60ml Pixel Spirits Artisan Range White Rum 15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice (the juice of one lime) 10ml Sugar Syrup

Combine these inside a shaker and shake vigorously over ice for 30 seconds then strain into a chilled glass. The Daiquiri was invented in 1898 by Jennings Cox, an American mining engineer based in Cuba. Having run out of gin during an intime soiree (evening between friends), he turned to rum to make cocktails for his guests and thus a simple, subtle and slightly sour cocktail was born. He chose the name from the nearby village of Daiquiri.
