Mull and Iona maps out family fun

Mull and Iona has come up with a new fun way of encouraging families to explore its islands - whatever the weather.

Children on the adventure will be invited to fi nd answers to clues such as ‘Who was the Terror of Tobermory?’ or ‘How many fairies are hidden inside the fairy door on the Calgary in Nature walk?’

Helen MacDonald, communications offi cer for Visit Mull and Iona, the islands’ destination marketing organisation, who came up with The Quest idea, says it will introduce families to many fascinating parts of the islands

and keep them entertained in the outdoors as places start to reopen. The map can be downloaded from the website at mullandionaquest.co.uk or bought at shops on Mull for £5 per family.
