Situation: With time going on, there are many problems generated in this city. Due to large population, traffic pressure increases every day. More and more human activities not only make much sewage but also make heavy air pollution. Solution: The entrance of site should be placed on the road with light traffic pressure. uilding should protect children privacies and supply relatively uiet environment. To combine with vegetation, it could make building prevent users from air pollution. Refer to local climate, an installation which reduce sunlight and monsoon should be added on building west. It is nearly percent of green land rate in the site. egetation not only plays a role of boundary on plane area, but is distributed on vertical direction of building. egetation could clear air and absorb noises around the site. egetation shapes many landscapes in the site, such as plants on the roof or the playground.

In this area, it is about percent of urban green land rate. Most of these urban blocks just use vegetation as another kind of block boundary. egetation does not combine with building organically.

Teaching spaces, as the main activity space, contain classrooms and bedrooms. Classroom is used as a children playing and learning place in the morning and afternoon. After lunch, children relax and have a rest in the bedroom.

Auxiliary spaces are used by the sta s, including teachers and doctors in the kindergarten. These spaces are placed near the teaching spaces. Their location could help teachers and doctors look after children conveniently in time.

MASTER PLAN DESIGN FOR CHILDREN In summer, sunshine is very strong in the afternoon. In winter, cold wind comes from deep land in northwest direction. Considering the local climate, the west side of building needs extra protection. It could protect western spaces, especially teaching space (classroom and bedroom), from huge temperature di erence. Porous wall could stop part of the wind and sunshine and allow the other of wind and sunshine through window into interior spaces. sers will own relative comfortable space feelings.

A series of wooden frames could activate diversity of the building shape. They create more interesting spaces on the rooftop. These spaces would combine with activities spaces organically. On one hand both of them shape the landscape of rooftop, on the other hand they are independent of each other and make sure spaces of roof connect with each other naturally.

Through light controlled, the classroom also divides into two parts at the same time. Depends on the amount of lights, Interior space would be become more interesting and diverse.

ACTIVITIES SPACE

1—1 SECTION

Activity spaces on the ground are di erent from roof activity spaces. They are placed near the classrooms, because their users are younger. ounger children have less ability of self-control. Teachers should pay more attention and spend more time to look after them in usual. This distribution could make people own more communication between interior and exterior spaces.

Situation: Skyscrapers have played an essential role in metropolis. As a kind of high volume building, skyscraper should be located in the center of city. Tokyo as a potent example uses relative small area of land to accommodate large population working there. A series of problems appear in reality. igh volume ratio buildings own large density of people and humdrum office environments. It makes persons who work in it get more work stress and have some unhealthy life-style in usual. Solution: Entertainment unit should be placed in the skyscraper. It would activate humdrum interior spaces and support users to take exercise when they want to have a rest. Combined with vegetation, these units should own many landscape points. It could help air conditions change uality of interior air in the daytime and reduce machines work time. In fact, the project is fit for not only Tokyo, but also other metropolises in the world.

CONCEPT

In north of China, there is a kind of fossil distributed in many province areas. It is formed by ancient worm accumulation. It has porous structures and own characteristics of water absorption. This fossil is not only used as geology sample for research and education, but also used as ornamental stone in Chinese bonsai. Refer to its structure and shape, it is often used as base to plant some vegetation in its holes. It has many kinds of mineral substances. Its structure could absorb water from bottom, when its bottom is being buried into water.

Finding the most appropriate shape from pipes groups, it should own porous structure and keep worm-like shape. Through controlling change of parameters, over-fragmental shapes and over-tight shapes should be gotten rid of these shapes group.

FORMING PROCESS The selected shape is not the final shape. The shape should be layered to suitable for building structure. So, the shape would be deconstructed and rebuilt in layered way.

RANDOM GEOMETRIES

1. Random points are layered by height. 2. One layer is used as one group in cube space. 3. To simulate the process of accumulation, add layer one by one.

The number of entertainment units depends on the number of oors in the skyscraper. Every ten oors as one group need one unit to support users’ requirements. There is a skyscraper which has three entertainment units. ocations of these units also need to be optimized and calculated. 1. Setup three same units to separate the skyscraper into four parts averagely. . sing method of exhaustion to calculate all possible arrangement of these three units. (Putting first unit into skyscraper to calculate the best location. Some floors which are already satisfied needs would get rid of the building. Putting second unit into skyscraper continues to calculate the best location and then get rid of needs already satisfied floors. Putting third unit into skyscraper calculates best location. ) . sing normal distribution optimizes all possible results to approach the best arrangement and changing sizes of three units. 4. Panoramic elevators are placed on exterior wall of the skyscraper. Three units would build up connection and constitute one uniform system.

The Chinese bonsai size is scaled and putted into skyscraper. The skyscraper is used as a showcase in urban area. The unit is used as a kind of miniascape showed in the city. The system plays an important role in urban landscape, when it changes the skyscraper interior spaces.

SUNLIGHT ANALYSIS Situation: With global warming appearing, heat island e ect has become increasingly sharp in the city every year. The large population result in a number of private cars running all day on the street. The height of buildings and the density of buildings are becoming problems in this city. I like making some little-machine and models in free time. Delta is one kind of open-source D-printer. It is handmade by myself. Materials are purchased from online or factory. The modification of codes, depending on reality, is changed by myself.
