• An application. • A set of official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions attended sent directly from the institution to the MBA office. • A current résumé documenting work experience. • Official GMAT test scores sent directly from the testing agency to the MBA office. • Letters of recommendation and a personal essay are encouraged but optional. DEADLINES • Evening Program for Working Professionals: Admission is done on a rolling basis, but the following dates are recommended to ensure timely processing of application materials and course registration: Fall—Aug. 1 and Oct. 1 Spring—Dec. 1 and March 1 Summer—April 1 and June 1 • Weekend Program: Admission is done on a rolling basis, but the program begins once a year in the fall semester. Early submission of application materials is encouraged. The recommended application deadline is July 1. • Off-site Programs: Admission is done on a rolling basis. Once all materials are submitted, students are considered for the location of their choice. • Executive MBA Program: Deadline is July 1 for each program, which begins in September.
A WORLD-CLASS FACILITY Xavier MBA students receive the benefit of studying in the Williams College of Business’ new $29 million building. The state-of-the-art facility includes all of the tools necessary to facilitate great learning—a world-class trading room, 17 project workrooms, large and small classrooms, suites for the College’s executives-in-residence, space for entrepreneurs, and executive meeting spaces. In designing the building, a great deal of care was taken to make sure it included space for members of the business community. By inviting them to mix with students and faculty, Xavier MBA students graduate with greater knowledge—and more connections.

• Grants: The MBA Program provides partial tuition assistance to many qualified students who are in need of financial assistance. • Graduate Assistantships: Assistantships are available in the MBA office and the office of the dean, as well as in the departments of accounting, information systems, economics, finance, management and entrepreneurship, and marketing. Graduate assistantships outside the Williams College of Business are also available. • GI Bill: All veterans and their dependents may take courses under the new Chapter 33, Post 9/11 GI Bill. • Tuition Payment Plans: Several payment plans, ranging from installments to employer reimbursement, are available. • Low-interest Loans: U.S. citizens are eligible for low-interest student federal subsidized and unsubsidized Stafford loans. GMAT PREPARATION Xavier University offers GMAT test preparation workshops on campus at least twice a semester. The workshops are designed to review basic algebra and geometry, to familiarize candidates with the test format, and to give general test-taking strategies. PROFESSIONAL MBA PROGRAMS Xavier offers six distinct MBA programs designed to meet the diverse needs of business professionals. Each program engages students in an outstanding educational experience that enables them to meet and exceed their personal and career goals, culminating with a graduate degree with benefits that last a lifetime. • The Evening Program for Working Professionals: Designed to maximize the time and commitment of the working professional, the program is held in the evenings, allowing students maximum flexibility in scheduling. • The Weekend Program: Designed for students unable to take classes during the week, the program offers courses on Saturdays. Students in the program receive their MBA in two years. • Off-site Programs: Designed to be closer to where students work and live, the off-site programs are held on campuses in Deerfield, West Chester and Northern Kentucky. The accelerated format results in completion within 22 months. • Momentum Program: The program is a one-year, full-time program that takes students directly from their undergraduate studies to an MBA. • Executive MBA Program: This intense, fast-paced and highly selective program is designed for the experienced business professional on track for a top leadership role. It is delivered in a one-day, all-day format for 19 months. Admission is limited and selective. • MBA Plus Program: Designed for those who already have an MBA, the program offers students the opportunity to expand their degrees by concentrating in a group of courses for a specific area of study.
