Once the concept, plans and sections had been determined, it was time to refine the selected drawings and digital forms to come to a final, developed design. The final digital workflow was decided upon, with a genetic optimisation algorithm determining the best fit forms for the design. Once this had been resolved, the final plans, sections details and renders had to be finalised. The plans were altered to allow for the optimised forms, with the sections lending themselves to this improved plan. The details were altered to allow for internal lights, insulation and waterproofing, with the final digital renders being a culmination of the above. Caisson 101
