IRISH COFFEE Joe Sheridan had the right idea when he first combined a robust Irish whiskey with rich black coffee to create the Irish Coffee Cocktail. This hot drink has long been a favorite in Irish pubs with a popularity that could be said to rival a great stout (as tough as that may be).
INGREDIENTS 1 ½ oz
Irish Whiskey
4 oz
Strong Hot Coffee
1 oz
Brown Sugar
2 spoons
Lightly Whipped Heavy Cream
DIRECTIONS 01
Pour the sugar then coffee into a warm Irish COFFEE GLASS or other HEAT-PROOF GLASS.
02
Stir until dissolved.
03
Add the Irish whiskey and stir again.
04
Float the cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon. Do not stir again. Instead, drink the coffee through the cream.
TIPS 01
Choose a great Irish whiskey.
02
Use freshly whipped cream.
03
Don’t forget to preheat your glass.
04
Make a great cup of coffee. 24 / 25

Food brings people together in our society. Food provides us with something much more symbolic than simply nutrition. One of the great joys of life comes in hosting your friends in your home. Planning a night time cocktail party is a great idea to gather all your friends in your home. Every happy moment would be better to celebrate with alcohol. It will tell you the art of mixology and also introduce a varity of modern craft cocktails. Having music is as much an nice ingredient as drinks. The top choice of the background layer would be Bossa Nova. I’d like to bring the Bossa Nova here and create an enchanting atmosphere for you and all your guests.
