EDITOR’S LETTER

Dear Reader,

Welcome to XI8: The PINK ROOM featuring our cover music artist, Pinky Killacorn.

First let me say innovators, oh how i have been waiting to reconnect with you to talk about this shady ass year 2020. This year has been a handful for the world but we are not here to complain. We are here to show you and help our business owners and future entrepreneurs make this the best pandemic of your lives. We are going to show you how to make 2021 work for you.

Pink is the color of healing and right now we are all in need of just that. The last year and a half has delivered so many trials, deaths, and unnecessary mishaps. XI is determined to make the best of an unpleasant situation by shining light on our readers on what it really takes to keep your daily life going, even through the struggle while also shedding light on positive people in our community.

We are also excited to announce our newest feature, Pinky Killacorn! Pinky shared her story with us and shed light on her future projects. Make sure you check out behind the scenes pictures of our Pinky Parlay shoot with Pinky Killacorn and the crew in the beautiful, Ida Mckinley suite at the Washington Riggs hotel.

During these times we are experiencing a great shift that allows us to finally start to see and feel that which is real ;discovering ourselves. Through the shift small black businesses and entreprenuers need to stick together, support and build with each other. while seperatly building an appeasing lifestyle for you and your family..
