The issues of current UTC are parking problem, faulty sidewalkway and insufficient space planning. The space planning of UTC should follow the flow of Human capicity to prevent abandon and useless space. Rapid growth population in Kuala Lumpur had cause scarcity of land for amenity and facility. In Bandar Tasik Selatan, there are lack of social and public area for residents interact and to involve in community activities.

In today’s no boundary world, youth need to travel inside and abroad to enrich their knowledge and expand their social circle to learn from one another. The Youth Station need to envision the living of tomorrow. The site is located at Subang Jaya, Selangor which near to commercial, education and industrial area. Changes in lifestyle and increased level of health consciousness have led many individuals and youth visit wellness centre. The design intention is to provide a healthy rejuvanation place for athletes, business workers and tourists to respond to the envisaged major growth of both businesses and population within the area. To represent the concept of holistic wellness through body, mind and spirit, the harmony of nature and healthy balance are imporant. Yin Yang is a cycle flow of natural world by mutually arising, interdependently and continuously transforming one into another. In relationship of harmony, active and passive activities combine and enchance with each other by using the five elements of nature which is wood, water, fire, earth and metal which is also the same principle with Feng Shui to represent space activities. The Youth Station combined between wellness and hostel by providing different type of traditional spa and rejuvanate environment to introduce to visitors, youth and tourists.
These elements are interrelated through the Productive and Domination Cycles. tIn the Productive cycle, one element produces or generates the next element as part of a balancing process. In the Domination cycle, one element destroys the other to reduce an imbalance of the five elements. For example, water nourishes wood by moistening it. From the site, there are Klang river act as water element at west, so that wood element will place at west.
