STEP 1 - User Interview
In order to get well understand with clients’ requirements, we had the first communication and interview with our clients. There are some questions that we asked:
1. ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS - What is your business about? - What problem do you solve for your customers? - Who are your 3 main competitors (direct or indirect; like & dislike)? - What is it about your content that sets you apart from your competitors? - Is there a unique story behind your business, business name, or logo? - Share 5 adjectives that best describe your company?
2. ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS - Describe your ideal customer. What 5 adjectives best describe them? - What is the primary message that you want to convey to your customers?
3. ABOUT YOUR IDENTITY - What is the purpose behind this project? Why now? - Do you have specific guidelines (colors or elements) of your visual identity? - Please share 3 competitors’ brands/logos that you think are weak.

Introduction
Interview
The first part of this study is competitor analysis. We tested usability and user experience of the QuitNow! Application. To find gaps and possible potential of the QuitNow! community feature. The user experience design research shows that participants are interested in using an application that is highly engaging and has the ability to compete with friends or achieve mutual goals. Features focusing on community are important in achieving quitting smoking behavior.
The reasons for starting smoking: extrinsic and intrinsic motivations. The main reason for quitting smoking: health. The reasons for failing quitting smoking: anxiety, stress, social reasons, lack of self-efficacy. The motivators to quit smoking: health and finance. Interviewees convinced they would stop smoking if their friends who smoke would quit too, or if they would spend more time with non-smoking friends instead.

21MUSEUM Graduated Design in Bachelor Magazine design | 2017
The magazine of 21 MUSEUM was part of my bachelor’s project where me and my colleagues developed a 21 years old themed exhibition. The exhibition depicted stories that occured at the age of 21. Due to the limited time of the exhibition, we recorded these amazing stories into one magazine to remind people to cherish their beautiful memories when they were young. Forever young, and forever be curious.
