Nightmare Before Christmas Buildable PVC 8.5" Figure Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King; the prized figurehead of Halloween Town, adored by the public and held in high regard in all aspects. KINGDOM HEARTS LORD OF THE UNDERWORLD – HADES FROM DISNEY WORLD HERCULES Hades is the god of the Underworld as well as one of the Disney villain conspirators trying to control the world with Heartless. His head of flames burn blue, except when angered and his whole body (flaming hair including) turn to red. Hades hides behind an almost apathetic, all-knowing personality, but his temper can flourish at the slightest mistakes. Hades supplies heartless to the Coliseum as battle opponents, but he also makes a deal with Cloud Strife saying that if Cloud kills Hercules - and later, Sora - he would give Cloud the location of Sephiroth. However, things change when Sora and Cloud faceoff. One of two things may happen: if Sora is defeated, Cloud will refuse to deliver the final blow. Or Sora may simply defeat Cloud. Either way, Hades comes to realize that Cloud is no longer useful and releases his Underworld guardian, Cerberus, to get rid of the two. With some help from Hercules, Sora and company eventually bring down Cerberus.

The Heartless (ハートレス Hātoresu?) are beings of darkness that manifest in two forms, "Pureblood" and "Emblem". While most Heartless are in fact manifested hearts, they behave entirely devoid of emotion, and thus were named "Heartless"
A hero of light, chosen by a mysterious weapon called the Keyblade. Sora appears in Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. He generally fights alongside the Disney characters Donald and Goofy, but can also team with characters from worlds that he visits. Sora's adventure began on Destiny Islands and he ventures in the hope of someday returning there with his friends, Riku and Kairi. Throughout his adventures, Sora faces many trials, but also gains new knowledge and abilities. He hopes to stop the villainous forces battling for Kingdom Hearts, which include numerous Disney villains and dark creatures known as the Heartless.
QUEEN MINNIE Minnie is wife to King Mickey, making her the Queen of Disney Castle. She is the one who appointed Jiminy Cricket the role of royal chronicler, and sent him along with Donald and Goofy on their journey to find the Key bearer of the Realm of Light. Loyal to both her husband and her kingdom, Queen Minnie does her best to keep the castle running in the King's absence, yet it becomes apparent soon enough there is only so much she can do when the evil witch Maleficent begins an invasion from a rather unlikely direction. Not one to give up and run away, however, Minnie fights alongside Sora, lending him both her vast knowledge about the castle and its history, as well as her powers .

PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN – CAPTAIN JACK SPARROW
Jack Sparrow is an eccentric and seemingly incompetent pirate, although one suspects his heart is in the right place. The deposed captain of the ship known as the Black Pearl, Jack sets off with a ragtag group of pirates and misfits (including the young Will Turner) to reclaim his ship (now cursed) from the treacherous Captain Barbossa and his crew of undead pirate-zombies.

Pete hails from the world of Disney Castle. He was once a proud steamboat captain but he lost his way as time passed by. He was banished by King Mickey and Queen Minnie for his wrong-doings, only to be saved by Maleficent. Pete in return became her servant, and has been traveling the worlds ever since in order to enlarge the witch's army of Heartless.

KH- Build PVC Axel Wielding control over fire and two massive spiked chakrams, Axel is a member of the Organization that uses Castle Oblivion as its base of operations. Seemingly in cahoots with Marluxia and Larxene, Axel appears before Sora to test his strength and to further lure him into the castle in order to progress the Organization's plans. He is interested in Sora's strength, the strength of the Heart chosen by the Keyblade. Larxene accuses Axel of having a soft spot towards Sora, but whether or not that's true remains to be seen as Axel has his fair share of hidden agendas. One of them seems to be overthrowing the Organization with Larxene and Marluxia, using Sora as their pawn. The more sadistic side of his is shown when Vexen, an elder member, confronts Sora, and Axel volunteers to kill him under the pretense of going by Marluxia's orders.

Terrorize the seas with Ursula! Ursula is a cecaelian sea witch who "helps" unfortunate merfolk to achieve her own goals. Her appearance is of an obese purple-skinned, white-haired female human and from the waist down has black tentacles.
Roxas, having been born in Twilight Town, is soon discovered by Xemnas, and is given his name. Having nowhere else to go, Roxas joins the Organization in hopes of finding the answers he needed. On that same day, Roxas meets Axel, and the two soon become best friends. Even so, Roxas is growing increasingly impatient for the truth about himself, even as he uses the Keyblade (though he does not why he can wield it) to bring the Organization closer to their goal of attaining Kingdom Hearts.
Eventually, Roxas becomes fed up with recurring dreams of Sora, the other self he didn't know, eventually deciding to leave the Organization to find Sora and know who these people he didn't know were. Axel, who knew Sora's location at the time, intercepts Roxas and tries to convince Roxas not to go though with it, warning him that the Organization would destroy him if he betrayed them, but Roxas is indifferent, and continues on, leaving a sad Axel behind.
