2024 Overview

40 years young!

This year the Waikato Home & Garden Show celebrated its 40th Anniversary, welcoming 19,121 visitors and 337 exhibitors.

Four decades on from the original opening date, for many businesses in the home and garden sector, the Waikato Home & Garden Show remains a key event on their marketing calendars.

This year we introduced new and exciting features including Hancocks Drinks Masterclasses, Paws Pet Care Pet Zone, The Robomate Race and a 40th Anniversary Birthday Prize Pack worth over $30k.

We look forward to continuing to offer a spectacular showcase in 2025 that captivates attendees with diverse exhibitors and fosters consumer spending, making it a prime destination for quality home and garden products.

The statistics in this report are based on the results from 765 visitor survey respondents and 54 exhibitor survey respondents.
