They are under good guidance also since they have challenged a contender for the vast majority of the game, were it not for a lapse in the third quarter, it could well have gone down to the wire. Imi connues to be a star and Lara backed up her round one debut with an impressive four quarter performance against one of the premier defenders in the league for the past decade. Renee also went toe to toe with star West goaler Lisa McGregor and really matched her, showing impressive intercepons and strong rebounding, while Misty was also a standout. especially in the opening quarter and when she combined with Bella to not allow W e s t a n y e a s y s c o r i n g opportunies. The B Grade also rebounded from its round one loss with a four quarter performance headlined by Charlene and Maddie starring in a whole team performance. The 17 & Under team also showed what they are capable of with a A Reserve - North 40 East 61 Round two saw more player posional changes and a lot of team movement. The girls had an unseled start with Emily Stafford going down in the first few minutes with an ankle injury. With some posional changes the girls regrouped, however a slow start caused headaches to catch the lead. Libby played a strong game in centre providing endless offering and feeds into the goalers. Lauran Norman has transioned well into a senior posion as well as her commitments to her junior team. Keep an eye on her as she is a rising star who is an by their coach and we look forward to seeing some great wins on the board. They have created lots of opportunies for our goalies due to strong defence and paence in aack. We are looking forward to working on team strategies with this versale & talented group of players. The 13 & Under A girls gave debutant coach Misty her first win in the driver's seat with daughter Gracie pung in a strong performance, as well as Ruby Milich, who always gives everything she has. showed great leadership to a new developing team. The girls are keen to have a seled side for round 3 and get back onto the winners board. B Grade - North 36 East 33 It was a tough tussle for both sides with the score going up and down all game. With some mely intercepts from Abbey Dyson in GK provided opportunies for the aack to convert off. Junior Alice Tynte was valuable in the goal ring. The girls did well together to create a strong drive, leaving their defending players chasing. Our defenders got their hands to almost everything and luckily had our speedy midcourters ready to back them up. The girls have had a fantasc start to the season, working amazing as a team and developing their individual skill set too. Hopefully round 3 will see us, 3 from 3. C Grade - North 33 East 34 Aer a slow start in the first quarter, we bounced back to be even at half to the club and the girls experiencing their first games of netball. The girls had a great win with many girls beginning to really learn their posions on court. Best players Grace Collins and Sophie Halloran. me. It was a ght tussle, and to the girl’s credit, they fought hard. Unfortunately, we went down by 1 goal. Excing to see new player Chloe Miller having another strong game in defence. Zoe Rout was also a stand out for this weeks game.

The girls first win for the year was a great game to watch. The girls are developing well together as a young side. Alysha Coon is leading the team and stood tall this week with a strong best on game alongside Kate Winterfield.
