Man nabbed for possession of Whoonga

A suspect has appeared briefly at the KwaDukuza Magistrate's Court, after being found in possession of Whoonga.

KwaDukuza SAPS communications officer Constable Siphesihle Myeni reported that the suspect was arrested at Njekane in Thembeni, following an operation by members of the KwaDukuza task Team.

“The suspect was arrested for possession of Whoonga, (after) 27 capsules of Whoonga were found in his possession,” Myeni stated.

KZN Department of Economic Development, Environment and Tourism (EDTEA).
