If the white plain is the site of the park, people could feel free and unobstructed when moving in an open space. without barriers.
If the red border surrounding the site appears, it is different to get access inside of the park. The number of trees remains while people declines sharply.
To go further, creating new border zones around the park aggravates the situation. Both trees and people decline.
In order to attract people and preserve trees, the concept is to create free-form borders around the park which is displayed in diferent ways according to the surroundings.

Increasing the routes for the pedestrain and bike for the aim of safety and environmentally friendly city as well as decreasing the auto routes. Reasonably improve the public transport network to serve the park and people by well organizing the bus routes.
