Introduction
INTRODUCTION In North Adelaide stand two landmarks, the Adelaide Oval and the St Peter’s Cathedral. The modern stadium has a advanced, state-of-the-art form, while the cathedral still retains its old appearance from more than 100 years ago. They are spatially adjacent to each other yet represent the present and the past. Modernity and history echo each other, while the spaces in which they are located have a very different energy.
