9 G e n eral I nformation Weekend Parking University parking restrictions will be waived on campus for the entire weekend – apart from emergency lanes and reserved spaces. Please do not park on the median and all drivers should adhere to city parking regulations when parking on streets. Registration It is important to register for Homecoming 2015 by November 6, 2015. The Office of Alumni Relations works closely with various vendors to make the weekend a success. We want to accommodate all alumni, but can only do so if registration is done in a timely manner. If you have any questions or concerns regarding registration and/or pricing please call (504) 520-7575. Box 56308, New Orleans, LA 70156-9901 Check-in When you arrive on campus, it’s important to check in at the Official Homecoming Registration Headquarters located in the University Center on the 1st floor. The Homecoming Registration Headquarters is your information center during Homecoming and will have the latest information on all events. Alumni may pick-up purchased packages/tickets/t-shirts at registration. Homecoming packages/tickets will not be mailed. There are a limited number of tickets that may be purchased on site for various homecoming events. Homecoming t-shirts are available at the Registration Headquarters for purchase. Greek Show tickets are not included in the Homecoming packages and will need to be purchased at the door (Convocation Center the night of the event) or during check-in/registration. Hospitality Rooms Meet the National Alumni Association and Young Alumni on the 1st floor of the University Center. Hospitality Rooms are a great place to learn more about exciting alumni initiatives, meet classmates and friends, and get a quick snack. Every effort will be made to adhere to all requests, however please note that the University does not own walkers or wheelchairs.
