Project Site Jinyun·Zhejiang·China

In the region, there are more than 3000 small abandoned quarries, which until recently— with few exceptions—were exploited by hand without the assistance of machines. The site is located in a stone site in Jinyun County. The naturally formed canyon presents a U-shaped state with strong depth, which is suitable for group living in both volume and form.

The design will set up the living space in the canyon, the activity space and the spiritual space so that the whole canyon can form a society, where people can live, breaking the scene of the current society living together but everyone is lonely

In order to consider people's psychology, part of the private space is reserved in the design, the main part is open and public space, and the middle space is connected with semiprivate and semi-open space to form a contact space.

From the traditional to the present, semi-private and private Spaces are becoming more and more isolated and closed, and people are trapped in a square box, which leads to the emergence of the phenomenon of group loneliness, people fall into lonely social interaction, resulting in spiritual emptiness, and finally make people's face-to-face communication become less and less.

Inside the hole: The living space "imprisoned" by the box - inside the information cocoon

Outside the Hole The real world outside the box —the social space.

Prisoners People who live inside the building - people who are self-contained and confined, trapped in a cocoon.

People out of the cave individuals who actively socialize with others and know people who understand the real outer space.

The world is depicted as a crouched human figure, and the earth is represented in the form of a square, symbolizing the bondage of the original man, with the highest divine being located at the navel in the center of the square.

The four directions are Varuna, the water god, Indra, the rain god, the medicine fork, and Yan Mo, the god of death, who jointly guard the center of the world as the guardian king.

Theoretical Basis Of Differeent Fields

Natural caves became the original reference for the construction of human habitation, and under the influence of religious thought, they were endowed with a variety of spiritual connotations and cultural metaphors.

Throughout the history of architecture, caves flowed quietly at the bottom of this cultural realm like a bass, coveting the king status of artificial architecture. Once the artificiality of the building is attacked, the cave will quietly surface.

The combination of "world - bodycontainer" and female "life container" gives a universal symbolic formula for human ancient times: female = body = container = world.

1. Their dark and isolated Spaces were considered to be the passageway to the underground world and the key point for communication between the secular world and the hell.

2. Due to the high shape of the mountain reaching into the sky, the cave located in the sacred mountain is also considered to be the way to heaven and communicate with God.

Crouching belongs to the phenomenology of the verb to dwell and inhabit. Only those who know how to curl up are likely to roost fully.

Through the common "shelter" of the "cave", a primitive and unified spiritual atmosphere is constructed, and the connection with the maternal soul space is constructed and reshaped by the womb environment.

The fantasy returns to the maternal body - getting rid of the traumatic life experience and regaining the prenatal shelter and tranquility.

MANY TYPES OF TUFF

"Tuff" is a name that is used for a broad range of materials that are produced by a volcanic eruption. Tuff can contain fragments of dust-size particles to boulder-size particles and be composed of many different types of material.

Jinyun County, almost 80 per cent of whose landscape is forested, borders seven other counties. It has a warm and humid subtropical monsoon climate with four distinct seasons. The Xiandu Scenic Area encompasses an impressive natural landscape that has always been a significant source of inspiration for scholars and Taoists. Because of its great cultural significance, many poetic attributes have been assigned to the area. Hence, in Chinese, the area is called Xiandu, which translates as fairyland.

VolcanicVent

The craterof Cavein Xiandu areais atypical volcanic eruption channel, and it is one of the few ancient volcanic structures with complete shape, obvious characteristicsand typical peculiar characteristics found in China. After more than 100 million yearsof water erosion and natural weathering, it has formed a unique gully.

The entrance to the staircase at the very bottom of the canyon is the starting point of the entire vertical traffic.

The n arrow stone staircase lean against the rock wall runs straight up is the way to the upper space, and the stream flows from the bottom of the canyon through the entire lower space.

Flowing water creates good living conditions for plants.

The handrails are made of local stone and formed by manual processing.

A natural semi-enclosed rock wall forms a semi-open space, located on the ground floor of the entire site, which acts as a kitchen for the entire living space and provides a good passage for the exhaust of smoke and waste gases

As the water flow system of the whole space eventually converges to the bottom, it provides water for the kitchen.

Through the water purification device , it provides certain drinking water resources for people in the lower level.

There are two narrow corridors inside the entire living space, one is located at the top of the whole site. When people enter this new living space from real life, they will inevitably feel uneasy and novel. In the endless darkness, people will look forward to the light more, so they will explore and advance to the place where the light comes, thus entering this "new world".

The space is located on the u pper level of the whole space that is, the place closest to the sun and the sky, where people relax themselves, communicate with nature, enjoy the world with the people around them, communicate here, and stimulate vitality here. The whole space is flat and open with a huge span. In the middle, a huge natural stone column supports the whole space as a structural column of the whole large-span space.

Project Type Study on the Japanese bathing culture ( Individual work )

Project Duration 3 months

Project Period 2023.6-2023.9

Project Site Hiroshima·Honshu·Japan

The mountain courtyard, nestled amidst the mountainous terrain presents a serene and picturesque ambiance.Through the investigation of the development of Japanese bathing culture from ancient times to the present, combined with the development and evolution history of Japanese wooden architecture, the overall plane is set as the form of Central Hall laying the tone of the whole site.

The whole hotel is located on a hillside in Hiroshima, the terrain is high in the north and low in the south so the buildings and clusters are built around the mountain, and the building form is high in the north and low in the south, so that each building has a beautiful seaside landscape towards the south.

The landscape is interspersed in the interior of the building, not only the beautiful natural landscape but also the node landscape shaped by people in the interior.

The project is located in Hiroshima, Japan. Due to Japan's long history of hot springs, there are many hot springs resources and famous hot springs in southern Japan. The design is based on the hot spring, accommodation, leisure and entertainment, catering as one of the comprehensive hot spring hotel, the architectural form adopts the layout of the Japanese bed hall, the building materials are mainly wood, the overall design is empty, integrated into the ancient Japanese dry landscape.Taking into full consideration the Japanese Yukizumi culture and the flow line of bathing functions, the space design is guided by human activities.

family suite in the site.

JAPANESE WOODEN BUILDING

Wooden architecture in Japan can be traced back to the Southern and Northern Dynasties of China, and the architectural style in its heyday was inherited from the wooden architecture in the Tang Dynasty of China, whose structure, components and forms were very different from Chinese architecture. They all use columns, beams, floors, brackets, purlins, and rafters to shape buildings. On the left is a model structure of the Tang Dynasty pagoda in China, which was used as a reference for the construction of Horyuji Temple in Japan.

Setting the column structure of the whole tower with the central giant column in the middle as the core support body, two rings of small columns outside to strengthen each layer of structure, and two rings of small beams fixed. In the above use of dougong structure frame eaves structure, the use of ring beam dougong frontal square to form the floor height and hollow layer.

The whole site contains supporting facilities related to hot springs, set entertainment, tea restaurants, visiting amusement in one, and integrated hotel supporting facilities, people can feel one-stop service here.

03 FLOWING LIMINAL SPACE

The internal and external space design of public buildings with diversified needs as the leading.

Project Type Seoul metropolitan library design( Individual work )

Project Duration 2 months

Project Period 2023.2-2023.4

A community center-type library that functions as a living room and study space for the public. The design provides a spatial environment with a comfortable atmosphere for acquiring information and knowledge, promoting communication through relaxation and dialogue which will promote local community culture acting as a living room for the public and a library for book readers.

Create a city library focusing on books and reading environments, where citizens of Seoul can gather as a community, and communicate to share their lives for the growth of the local society. Provide a library system from which citizens can easily access both analog and digital resources, and a spatial typology where traditional library spaces and a space for ASRS can coexist.

and

SITE RELATIONSHIP

The site is adjacent to neighborhood parks in the center of Gajaeul New Town. The site can be accessed by vehicle via Geobuggol-ro (20m, four lanes) adjacent to its front (north).Neighborhood parks are located to the southeast of the site.

Within a 1km radius of the target site are five elementary schools, four middle schools, and one high school. One university is located within a 1.2km radius of the site.Located within a 1km radius of the site are eleven small libraries.Six bus stops are 50 meters away from the site, enabling easy access to bus services. The subway stations Digital Media City Station and Gajwa Station are located 1.4 km and 1.5 km from the site, respectively.

Considering relationships with neighboring parks open and buffering outdoor spaces (landscaping and resting areas) are planned. An eco-friendly library should be planned, promoting c onnections between neighborhood parks and library facilities.

The neighboring area is surrounded by large condominium/apartment complexes , having a high population density. As housing redevelopment projects are underway north of the site, the number of residents is expected to continue to rise.

The exterior space is ‘landscape-oriented’

The interior space is ‘crowd-oriented’

FORM GENERATION

Since the plot is relatively square and regular, according to the analysis of built-in functions, the plot ratio needs to be very high, so a rectangular cube space is mainly generated, and diversified space feelings are created by enriching the internal space.A large amount of natural lighting is introduced as the lighting form of the space.

the

VERTICAL TRANSPORT

There are three main vertical transportation systems, two of which contain elevators and one of the four floors near the atrium, which is the main transportation core Each of the large reading Spaces has three vertical levels of connecting elevator space to facilitate the transfer of books and collections from the underground garage to the different levels. A spiral staircase along the street leading up to the terrace on the third floor is used by the public except for reading needs In addition, there are a number of staircases and steps between the floors , which can be used as both transportation links and open reading Spaces

The ground floor is mainly the entrance hall and some open reading space . Considering the characteristics of children , the elderly and patients with mobility difficulties, the reading space for them is placed on the first floor, while taking into account the book bar and the general information desk. The second and third floors are mainly adult reading Spaces and ASRS reading Spaces , offices and staff lounges are on the third floor, and the top floor is a terrace and a 200-person lecture hall

On the first floor, the park and the main road of the city are internally pushed to remove part of the volume, forming a gray space at the bottom, ensuring that the two facades of the coffee book bar are landscape surfaces On the upper floor, the retreating landscape facing the park flows out of the terrace space so that indoor readers can come to the terrace to enjoy the landscape and relax themselves at will.

Condominium Complexes Digital Media City Station

It is not only a community library, but also a link and center for connecting all kinds of people in the community. We hope that children, the elderly, the disabled and adult readers can find their own world in the library. At the same time, more semi-open and fully open Spaces and traffic corridors are used to create more communication space, and it is regarded as an open reading space, which can make people's reading places more diversified.

OTH

Time:2020-2024

In my spare time, I like to travel, and one of the most important points is that I am keen on recording the cultural customs, architectural landscapes and natural scenery I see during the trip. The habit of freezing the process of travel has helped me accumulate certain photographic abilities.I think photography can increase people's aesthetic appreciation, love for daily life and ability to observe the subtle things around.

"Good House" residential design competition, interior design competition, street renewal planning design competition

Time:2022-2023

Wood and PVC expansion sheet models are completed by laser engraving, hand gluing, 3D printing, cutting paper, and lighting. I always believe that manual model is a solid means to test the feasibility and integrity of architectural design, and it is a very intuitive expression method that can be used to discuss and present the scheme through the model.

WO RKS ER

Time:2019-2022

I have loved painting since primary school. From line drawing at the beginning to pen drawing, then drawing in picture books and then to watercolor prints and sketches, my love for art has always supported me to record the beauty around me with a pen. At the same time, it also provides a form and method of expressing oneself for the study of architecture

Time:2022-2024

In college, I participated in many different types of competitions of different design scales, from interior space design to overall urban area planning and design; From the design of special space for hearing-impaired people with humanistic care to the design of community space that takes into account multiple groups of people. It allows me to understand and learn the architectural space design methods of each module in the process of competition.
