CONCEPTUAL APPROACH Ta k i n g t h e i n s p i r a t i o n f r o m m y f&b restaurant chosen, i picked crepe cakes as my concept. I used different qualities of a crepe cake to produce conceptual models and chose one as my main model. The main model shows the concept of someone biting onto a crepe cake. I used hierachy and layers as my conceptual approach

Due to covid 19 the general public have been isolated at home for months on end withlimited equipment's, no form of entertainment, lack of mentalstability and limited airflow sothe question is, are our homes really equipped to quarantine people?
The target user for this residential space is a family of 5 who have been isolated for months in a conjusted space. They feel suffocated staying in a very enclosed space and have had an increase in stress, depression and anxi e t y. T h e y w o u l d l i ke a s pa c e t h a t n o t only brings them calmness but makes them feel in touch with the outside
To d e s i g n a s p a c e f o r a f a m i l y o f 5 that not only caters towards their needs but also helps them feel a senseof calmless and brings the nature of outside to inside so they feel less suffocated and enclosed during this tough lockdown times.

THE ISSUES Depression and anxiety – Staying at home increased self anxiety, depression, self doubts about one self E l e c t r i c i t y U s a g e – To o m u c h e l e c t r i c a l u s a g e c a u s e s we e k l y p o we r c u t- of f s , increase in electricity bill and eye-sight worsen Sickness – Due to the house being unequipped to quarantine the family for this long, there has been an increase in sickness mentally and physically Gain weight – Increase in expcessive stress eating which leads to gain weight
The Solution To h e l p s o l v e m a j o r i t y o f t h e a t h o m e issue, the proposal concept has been to apply a more natural approach. Bring the outside to the inside by adding the elements of a Biophilic Design that also brings a touch of calmness andserenityto the house hold . The poster to the left shows how the plants and flowers bring colours to the body through the sense of smell whilethe anxiety of being enclosed bring dullness

These are just some of the skills i have picked up on and have learnt throughout my Diploma in Interior Design course. Mood Boards
Te c h n i c a l Drawings
Graphic Design
Diagrams
I can create moodboards for interior spaces, moods and any another category of moodboards.
Since technical drawings are a big part of the interior architecture rhelm i have picked up quickly on how to create technical drawings. I am still improveing on them but definetly getting better
From starting my course i have picked up the ability to create posters as well as graphics to show the concepts of my design as well as help me do better research
In order to create design you need to really understand your space first. So I have picked up the skill of creating diagrams such as space metric and space of accomodation to help me understand my spaces more
