Citizenship Agreement, Continued By accessing, browsing or using The Kingdom of YAHWEH (KOY) network or by selecting “I accept” during the membership registration, you represent that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Citizenship Agreement hereinafter referred to as Agreement. Nature of the Service The KOY is the official brand of our Royal Monarch, King YAHWEH The Holy Ghost. Though established to individuals who cannot assist themselves, KOY also represents the rebirth of hope. Thus, our organization is focused upon presenting the only solution to the world’s problems. We have formed a international platform and network facilitating the engagement in our events and the exchange of personal information between people, which embodies what we we refer to as citizenship. Citizenship with the KOY is of no financial cost. However, as a citizen, KOY will look to our for your support and loyalty towards morality. Moral Code Citizenship in the KOY promotes perpetual continuity of individual self empowerment, improvement, moral character maturation and transcendence into the Divine example of true holiness and righteousness, as the global peace makers of the earth. The Divine Ordinances (moral code) of The Kingdom of YAHWEH requires of each person to teach, promote and perfect living the following attributes. All prospective citizens should aspire to: Put off concerning the former ways of immorality, and immoral views on life, cease entertaining behavior that does not bestow mercy, peace, edification and love, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; (Eph. 4:22) Be resurrected into the pure, munificent, kindness and charitable spirit of your Inner self, which is The Image of The Creator; (Eph. 4:23) And that ye put on the new way of thinking, created in righteousness and true holiness. (Eph. 4:24) Abstain from lying, misleading, manipulating and deceiving: be completely honest and straightforward with all people with tact and discretion: for we are one united family, joined by the Sovereign. (Eph. 4:25) When appropriate, be angry with righteous anger: but never react or act verbally or physically to a situation out of anger: do not hold on to feelings of anger. Be reconciled within yourself that the situation will repair itself under the Royal Law, and renew your emotion to happiness before the day ends: (Eph. 4:26) Do not give place in your mind to the negative way of thinking which include grudging, resentment, hate, jealousy, revengefulness, etcetera. (Eph. 4:27) Let him (or her) that stole steal no more (put away all forms of theft, including: direct, borrowing without returning property, using property without permission, neglecting to pay what is due to whomever it is due, identity, receiving benefits from another without just amount of work or payment, etc.): but rather let him (or her) labour, working with his (or her) hands the thing which is good, that he (or she) may have to give to them that are in true need. (Eph. 4:28) Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth (do not speak negatively about anyone, or spread negativity about anyone, under no circumstances), but that which is good to the use of edifying (uplifting, encouraging, one to do and be the best and to correct unsound behavior or ways of thinking), that it may

minister grace unto the hearers (all that are under the sound of Our voice shall know and learn moral behavior by you being the example). (Eph 4:29) And grieve (suppress, depress, oppress) not your consciousness (by failing to allow happiness and clean thoughts to exemplify your personality) whereby you are sealed unto the day of redemption. (Eph. 4:30) Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, and gossip be put away from you, with all malice: (Eph. 4:31) And be kind to everyone, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as the Sovereign has forgiven all of your previous transgressions and immoral deeds. (Eph. 4:32). Content The Content includes messages and other materials posted to forums, groups, or other locations on the Site by the citizens of the KOY. Citizenship of the KOY is deemed to grant the KOY the nonexclusive right to post, display, copy, and modify the Content in connection with the operation of the KOY’s social media presence. Release If the Citizen has a dispute with one or more other Citizens or affiliates, the Citizen shall release the KOY (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. Citizens shall indemnify and hold the KOY (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the Citizen’s breach of this Agreement, or Members violation of any law or the rights of a third party. Privacy KOY shall not sell or rent Citizens personal information to third parties without Citizens explicit consent. KOY shall store and process Citizens information on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. No Agency No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement. Terminating Citizenship Citizenship is by free will. Termination of Citizenship is done by 1 of 3 ways. (1) A citizen may formally write to the Corporate Headquarters by mail or email expressing that they are terminating their association. (2) Gross violation of our moral code will be reviewed by the Royal Court, and the determination shall be made pending the circumstances. (3) Certain actions which violate our moral code constitute automatic revocation. Governing Law This Agreement shall be construed under and governed in accordance with the laws of the United States, State of Georgia. Arbitration Any dispute arising under this contract shall be resolved under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Limitation of Liability Citizens shall not hold KOY responsible for other user Citizens content, actions or inactions.
