Plants instantly increase the energy in a room.

If the sound of wind chimes soothes you, place one in your yoga space made of crystals or sea shells. While exercising, keep a speaker nearby to listen to your favourite music. Using headphones while doing yoga is not a good idea, and most yoga instructors advise against it. If you're taking online yoga classes, the speaker will come in handy.
