Combined we have over 30 years of international experience in management, public policy, health policy, marketing and public relations.

Programme Development Florence is a social entrepreneur with extensive experience in organisational development and business operations in both the private and non-profit sectors in the US and West Africa. She has spent the greater part of her career focusing on education as well as community and economic development and has been instrumental in establishing more than 50 charter schools and creating nearly 20,000 jobs in New York

Our ongoing commitment is to redefine human compassion and motivate social change by offering interesting and innovative experiences while providing critical technical assistance activities and incentives for a data collection and market research supporting our partners’ existing programs.

FlirtGhana - World AIDS Day 2013 On Sunday 1 December 2013, in locations across Accra, we launched FlirtGhana with teams of enthusiastic Responsible Flirters distributing our signature FlirtSacs in celebration of World AIDS Day. Volunteers from Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG), Ghana Network for HIV &AIDS (GHANET), 37 Military Hospital and the Youth Movement for African Unity (YMAU) joined local high school students and "spontaneous flirters" giving away more than 12,000 male and female condoms in our signature FlirtSac.

FlirtDays 2014-2015 FlirtDays are one of the mechanism we use to engage with our target audience providing both valuable reproductive health resources, as well as robust visibility for our sponsors. On each of our four (4) anticipated FlirtDays, our peer educators - Responsible Flirters - will distribute 30,000 condoms (5,000 FlirtSacs) and our local partners will offer free onsite HIV counseling and/or testing.

Rapid HIV Testing Through the World Health Organization’s (WHO) bulk purchase programme FlirtGhana intends procure 20,000 ELISA Rapid Response HIV Tests. Working with the Ministry of Health/Ghana AIDS Commission, UNAIDS, PPAG, GHANET and other NGOS each FlirtDay outreach event will feature a dedicated counseling and testing push.

Capacity Building We realize the best way to reach our 18-35 yearold target demographic is through their peers. FlirtGhana will assist Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana and other NGOs to expand their peer educator programmes through targeted capacity building activities and particularly via networking with the private sector and social media. This effort will provide the 100 Responsible Flirters needed to reach our goal of distributing 20,000 FlirtSacs in Ghana throughout 2015.

How we’ll get there...
‣Partnerships - we intend to leverage a solid foundation of progressive partners with access to valuable resources to work with;
