Architecture × NFT's The Future of the New York Stock Exchange

New York City's mining of irreplaceable tokens (NFTs) tied to the value of the city's real estate has allowed residents and visitors to discover new opportunities to explore New York's future. The foundation of the non-homogenized currency is the blockchain, which proves the irreplaceability of digital assets. This discovery not only brings new exploration for city residents, but also a new experience in the form of architecture - the server as a projection of digital assets in reality.

Paul Rudolph's Blue Cross perfectly demonstrates the concept of layering. Ducts and structures are subtly submerged in the layers of the façade, freeing up space within. An analysis of the façade construction shows that from the outside to the inside, the façade, the Y-structure system, the equipment ducts, the support structure, the bay, the window frames, the windows and the inner frames. The whole system is interlocked and progresses step by step.

PEELING
Unlike the nested construction of Blue Cross, Foxconn's headquarters perfectly embodies the concept of peeling. There are no confusing connections between the different parts of the building, and each part has a very distinct character. So as we layer the folding bed of glass on the facade, through the flowing window frames, we can see through the floor and slab construction to the dense and spectacular equipment and elevators in the center.
HYBRID PEELING BACK
The hybrid product generated according to the precedent is synthesized according to the underlying logic of both layering and peeling. Initially, the surface layer of rods diverges backwards, partly carrying the peeling construction and continuing to extend vertically, and partly forming new layers backwards and continuing to evolve backwards until the space that divides human and machine use is generated. In the section we can see this order from façade generation to space generation.

Urbanized scenes, the final destination for many resources, have provided a disconnect from extraction sites. The latter continue to become more and more remote until they disappear all together, forming ‘lost landscapes’ when depletion deems them no longer of value. However, under this seemingly desolate and dilapidated mine, the site hides huge potential.

HISTORY OF OTANI STONE
Mankind's greedy grabbing of natural resources has left huge rifts in the land. Abandoned mines, gas pits and quarries show that urbanization has created another side of the earth.
Louis I. Kahn is one of the most famous American architects in the 20th century. He is best known for his method of combining modernism with the weight and dignity of ancient ruins. After Kang's architecture integrates the three elements of sublime, hierarchy, and structural rationalism, it finally becomes a poetic and philosophical space touches people's hearts.

BOX 2 LOBBY
This type is used for service and office. The large dome space provides a wide space for offices and services, and the skylights on the top provide a bright atmosphere.
BOX 4 TRAFFIC CORE
This type is mainly used to connect stone blocks with different functions. In addition, this is also the interval of the horizontal streamline.
BOX 5 LOUNGE
This type is used for rest. The stone curtain descending from the ceiling faintly divides the space, and the grid-like stone pillars connect the external bath and lounge.
BOX 7 STAIR

It is estimated that about 600 million migratory birds in the United States die every year from hitting buildings. Some researchers recently listed a list of dangerous cities for migrating birds in the United States, and New York topped the list, becoming the place where these birds need the most attention.

The Migration Corridor scraper aims to help migrating birds successfully fly over New York every year. Only 9 percent of plastic generated by humans is recycled, with most of the 80 percent buried deep in landfills or accumulating in the natural environment. In an environment where plastic waste is prevalent, we considered the possibility of printing recycled plastic in building structures.
UNIT CELL PRINTING SAMPLE
Select the benzene ring unit cell structure, spatial nested unit cell structure, regular hexahedral unit cell structure and regular octahedral unit cell structure for the shape printing test. Under the condition of controlling the unit cell density, temperature and material hardness the same, it is found that the structural stability and The monomer with the best morphological fit is the monomer composed of regular hexahedral unit cells.
PATH DESIGN
The structure of the regular hexahedron is stable, the path design is feasible, and the fit to the shape is high. Therefore, the monomer is selected as a regular hexahedron.
Orange and green PLA materials perform well in compressive strength and structural stability to temperature changes. In addition, the combination of orange material and other materials is superior. Therefore, the orange material was finally chosen.

LOAD TESTING
By printing crystal cells of different materials for load-bearing tests, we found that PLA green and PLA orange materials had better stability and load-bearing capacity. However, in the later splicing and ductility of different materials, PLA orange can be better integrated into other materials with better ductility.

Floods and food crises are sweeping Bangladesh, and new landscape infrastructure will be built to cope with the crisis.
STRATEGY
This design re-controls the flood so that it does not become a solvent for the toxic arsenic in the soil, which leads to a crisis of drinking water and food security. First, sort out all water-related activities in the site and re-order them according to the water quality requirements. The landscape and architectural planning are also started. On the basis of ensuring food security, habitat restoration and farmland protection, this project redefines the resilient agricultural landscape under the crisis of rising sea levels.
