WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WHAT DO YOU DO?

I am a REALTOR® licensed and Located in the Commonwealth of Virginia. My team Karen Paris & Associates is powered by Keller Williams Capital Properties Fairfax. Serving The DMV and beyond. I’ve spent the last 10 years building a global network of agents to better serve my clients and the large volume of military Personnel that live and move to our area. I can work with the family here to get them prequalified and then connect them to an agent anywhere for their home purchase in a new area to be coordinated with their home sale here if they have one or the reverse, arrange for their home sale anywhere in the country and coordinate it with their purchase here. HOW AND WHEN DID YOU START YOUR HLN?

I have three Heartlink Network chapters and Each came into being a year or so after the prior. I started as a founding member in the Woodbridge chapter 8 or nine years ago and that evolved into my starting the Clifton VA chapter in 2015 which meets in my Home staging company office at 7145 Main Street suite 1D Clifton vs 20124. Then Burke VA on 2016 and Alexandria VA 2017.

HOW DOES HLN AFFECT YOUR BUSINESS AND LIFE?

As with my real estate training mentorship program and my interfaith ministry, HLN is just another way that I can mentor women and help them to grow their business, Create solid strong friendships and grow spiritually. I socialize with the women in my group outside of our Heartlink network meetings and many of my members are also now clients. We enjoy our times together and many of my members now crossover to multiple chapters. A large volume of my businesses from referrals from my Heartlink sisters or their families and I am greatly appreciative to each and every one of them for everything they have done to help me to grow my business. I couldn’t do it without them together we all achieve more!!

WHAT CAN WE DO TO HELP YOU MORE?

Some of the things that I do to keep our meetings new and exciting is that we have a talking point each month that we come prepared to discuss so that we can share with each other our opinions based on each of our industries of how we tackle topics such as social media, recruiting, closing the sale, time blocking etc. We all learn and grow from hearing each other’s points of view and each of us has something to contribute and something to learn. On our Facebook pages we do a monthly party for each group where a member of our group actually posts And event and sometimes will do it cross chapter if the individual Has an industry that is not represented in my other chapters. I also set goals for my chapters for membership and once they hit specific goal we will do a chapter retreat at my beach condo, We do holiday parties, door prizes And I occasionally switch up the food or the location to keep them exciting.
