WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WHAT DO YOU DO?

My name is Lisa Tolmie and I am located on the Gold Coast, QLD Australia. I am the HeartLink leader of the Robina 4226 chapter.

I specialize in Home and Investment Lending and make sure I get my clients the deal to suit their goals when it come to finance to purchase a home or investment property. I have over 21 years experience in this area and love to help my clients achieve their dreams.

HOW AND WHEN DID YOU START YOUR HLN?

I started in HeartLink 4 ½ years ago and have been excited about the HeartLink way ever since. I have been a Heart Link Leader for the last 20 months. When I joined I was new to Australia and the Gold Coast as had recently moved from New Zealand so was comforted to meet like-minded business women and make friends. I was made to feel very welcome.

I love my Heart Link meeting and group of ladies. We offer support to one another and also to the community. HeartLink helps us grow our business by forming really strong connections with one another and learning in detail about each other's businesses, in turn being able to make referrals. HeartLink allows me to provide a supportive environment for women in business and to help them grow their business and be part of their journey. We are not just a group of ladies who have to be in business in common, but we are all very close friends.

WHAT CAN WE DO TO HELP YOU MORE?

More advertising to create more interest. It would be great if we had a more prominent position as in if you mentioned the word HeartLink people would know about it. Such a great concept, it’s a shame not many ladies know about it.
