• Recognised for performance as a whole department and maximizes the quality of membership experience

Criteria: - Based on KPIs met as a function - Based on % completion of Team Minimum - Based on quality of member’s experience


Non-Functional Awards • The Most Participative Member Award • The Innovator Award • The Best Break-through Member Award • The Most Proactive Contributor Award • The Inspiring EB Award • The Best Team Member Award • The Best Team Leader Award • Mr and Ms Trailblazer Award


The Most Participative Member Award

Nominated by VPs

• Recognised as an active member • Enthusiastic participation in most of the events

Criteria: - Highest % attendance in LCMs, conferences and gatherings - Encourage enjoying participation


The Innovator Award

Nominated by VPs

• Individual with innovative initiatives, creativity and unique ideas implemented in own department/LC, to contribute to growth

Criteria: - Driving innovative, out-of-the-box ideas within the LC to increase performance - Successful implementation of initiatives


The Best Break-through Member Award • Recognised for making the most progress during his/her experience

Criteria: - Positive learning attitude - Personal development (eg. Stepping out of comfort zone, improved confidence level)

The Most Proactive Contributor Award • Recognised for high commitment & perseverance • Actively suggesting initiatives

Criteria: - Taking opportunities & feedbacks to constantly improve himself/herself - Seeks and uses feedbacks to identify areas of development within the LC - Requires minimal tracking

The Inspiring EB Award

Nominated by Members

• Recognised for effort in developing and engaging members • Active work and contributions to the LC • Role model to members

Criteria: - Giving constant encouragement and inspiration - Coaching and giving guidance - Being open, actively listening and communicate with members


The Best Team Member Award

Nominated by VPs & *one per LC TLs • One of the biggest individual award recognizing team members who are highly committed and motivated, living up to the six values of AIESEC and takes responsibility for his/her own learnings and developments.

Criteria: - Contribute to department’s KPI - Value the power of synergy & collaboration - Proactive & High % attendance for meetings and events - Reliable, Passionate & Supportive


The Best Team Leader Award *one per LC

Nominated by VPs & TMs

• One of the biggest individual award recognizing team/project leaders who inspire team members to take action, communicates well & motivate them. They have the ability to recognize member’s interests & potential and develop them.

Criteria: - Contribute to department’s KPI - Team member’s rating and feedback - Good team management - Lead his/her team towards outstanding results - Proactive and High % attendance


Mr and Ms Trailblazer Award

• Encourage enjoying participation • Upholding the LC Culture in daily activities/conferences

Nominated by EBs

Criteria: - Actively participate in LCMs, gatherings - Passionate & enthusiastic in roll calls, SIM cheer, sculling - Portraying the ‘trailblazing’ attitude and bringing other members onboard with them
