Criteria: - Driving innovative, out-of-the-box ideas within the LC to increase performance - Successful implementation of initiatives
The Best Break-through Member Award • Recognised for making the most progress during his/her experience
Criteria: - Positive learning attitude - Personal development (eg. Stepping out of comfort zone, improved confidence level)

Criteria: - Taking opportunities & feedbacks to constantly improve himself/herself - Seeks and uses feedbacks to identify areas of development within the LC - Requires minimal tracking

• One of the biggest individual award recognizing team/project leaders who inspire team members to take action, communicates well & motivate them. They have the ability to recognize member’s interests & potential and develop them.

• Encourage enjoying participation • Upholding the LC Culture in daily activities/conferences
