Grilled Quails SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

4 quails, cleaned and washed

1 - Preheat the oven to 190° C (375° F).

3 garlic cloves, finely chopped 3 cm ginger, finely chopped 1 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice ¼ tsp. chilli powder 1 tsp. paprika powder 1 Tbsp. butter Salt to taste

2 - Mix all the ingredients except the quails to obtain a paste. Rub the paste on the quails (inside and outside). Place them on an oven tray. 3 - Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked. Serve hot.
