WORK EXPERIENCE IBI Group (Co-op term then Part-time) May 2022 – December 2022 Architectural Assistant ● Involved and assisted in design development, rezoning, and SPA of multiple mid to high-rise mixed-use residential projects using Revit. ● Produced and prepared full architectural drawing sets on Revit and AutoCAD for official submissions to the City of Toronto during SPA or rezoning phases. ● Coordinated drawings by all consultants on the projects and documented meeting minutes. ● Worked on feasibility studies and massing for Woodbine Center Mall masterplan using Sketchup to check GFA targets, flightpath, and height restrictions. IBI Group September 2019 – December 2020 Architectural Assistant ● Successfully completed detailed exterior and schematic drawings on AutoCAD for The Frederick Condominium Tower in Upper East Side Village, Toronto, facilitating the development of a compelling 3D model with Sketchup, ultimately employed by the client for impactful marketing renderings. ● Produced site plans, plans, sections, and elevations for The Frederick Condominiums project that were used for the official submission of the Site Plan Application package to the City of Toronto ● Collaborated in design meetings and utilized BIM 360 to implement design modifications while doing OBC research. Haghbin and Associates | HAL May 2019– September 2021 AutoCAD Drafter ● Responsible for drafting structural CAD drawings, cracks, and deterioration of bridges across the GTA on AutoCAD to extract data to an Excel file to be reported.
