WORK EXPERIENCE IBI Group (Co-op term then Part-time) May 2022 – December 2022 Architectural Assistant ● Involved and assisted in design development, rezoning, and SPA of multiple mid to high-rise mixed-use residential projects using Revit. ● Produced and prepared full architectural drawing sets on Revit and AutoCAD for official submissions to the City of Toronto during SPA or rezoning phases. ● Coordinated drawings by all consultants on the projects and documented meeting minutes. ● Worked on feasibility studies and massing for Woodbine Center Mall masterplan using Sketchup to check GFA targets, flightpath, and height restrictions.
