The portfolio encapsulates my reflection in the field of Architecture as a student during the tenure of 2015-18. I have keen interest in hand drafting and model making. I have always been a curious child. This habbit of mine helped me a lot in architecture as it paved a path to answer the unanswered WHY’s of my mind and also unlock new horizons. It took me to the path of unconventional methods which fascinated me and inspired me to create new, exciting and different design ideas. To execute my thoughts better, learn advance skills with a motive to serve society in a better way, I would like to intern with your esteemed organisation/firm.

The site lies in northern periphery of ahmedabad, it is adjacent to a lake with an existing mound of 3m rise in north. The project is about designing a residence for a family of four including their workspace, client being an architect and his wife, an interior designer. The design approach is based on the material chosen (Stone) and the functions of spaces used by the client which is their workspace. The concept is decentralisation of spaces along the slope of mound. The house revolves around the two existing well grown trees which cools down the hot breeze entering the site from south west.
- building around the trees, indoor garden type, connect with nature - a linear built form for lake view (no interruption)
- max open area in north , lake view, south facade protected by overhangs - hot breeze cools down after passing through trees
- a journey as you climb up the contour - visually curious for what happens at the end , endless lake view and cool breeze
- lake view at north, max time spent i.e. working in office - utilities at east - tree and garden view in south, cozy private spaces
- heirarchy of spaces from yellow to red (public, semi public, semi private, private )
- public space (workspace, office) - semi public (living space, kitchen) - private (bedroom)

This studio focussed on preparing a full set of construction drawings for a residential project. It is centred on working on details of joinery and how two different materials come together. These drawings included Floor Plans, Sections, Elevations, Toilet drawings, Staircase and Kitchen details. Other drawings included Site Plan, Electrical Layout, Flooring, Door, Window Details etc.The major learnings was about construction details and how a execution of building construction proceeds. PROGRAMME
Location - Brahmapuri, Jodhpur This Study Programme was a cohesive learning experience of three weeks which included measure drawing th e fabric of Brahmapuri streets. This experience helped us in understanding how people actually use minute spaces and how a community functions together as whole where we tracked every activity and measured it on site. it was a hands on experience on site where we spent a week and learned their culture and lifestyle

The purpose of furniture design was to make useful products out of waste wood. The products were to be used by students of age group 4-7 yrs studing in school running under NGOs. The classroom were very dingy and hardly had any circulation space after the students sat on floor so our design was a foldable book shelf which would open up to form a table strong enough to take load of a child.
