MOROCCO An oasis in the desert
Situated in Northern Africa, as one of the only three countries to have a coastline along both the Atlantic and Mediterranean, Morocco has often been the subject of lush and romantic fantasy. The country is extremely diverse, with residents that are Arab, Berber, and many European and sub-Saharan African immigrants. The interior design that originates in Morocco reflects this diverse area, rich in cultural traditions and history. Characterized by intricate carvings, arched doorways, and colorful fabrics, it should come as no surprise that Moroccan interior design has become quite popular around the world.

THREE BASIC INSPIRATION ELEMENTS
Morocco
Patters: A very unique method of hand crafted Moroccan tile called Zellige, which consists of a series of patterns that make use of a number of colorful geometric shapes Desert: We will work with the intensity of the life in the desert and simplicity of textures created from the wind. The desert become the most important element in the concept and design. Architecture: Some if the most common characteristics of Moorish architecture including arches, domes, courtyards, and decorative tile work, all of which are well represented in the homes.
THE CONCEPT We want to take the essence of Islamic Morocco with the Intensity of the Desert. Take apart all the distractions as colors, and the overwhelming mixing colorful ceramics from the Mediterranean and decolorized to keep the structure of the design combining with the soft and shinny curves from the desert. In this way we will create a real oasis in the desert with the most pure elements from Morocco and all the different influences they have. The elegance of France, the ceramic tiles, the scientific and complex design of patterns from Islamic and the construction materials from the Berbers in the desert. All this cultures are combined in Morocco and each city have more stronger aspects of ones of this cultures. Combine them and taking the desert as focal point, we are creating the perfect elegant oasis in the middle of the desert.
