Here are a few basic tips to prepare your home: 1.) Service Your Furnace Prepare for the end of the warm weather by making sure your furnace is in working condition. It’s better to find out now if there are any repairs that need to be done versus the middle of winter when it’s far too cold out to go without. It’s a good idea to have your furnace inspected by a pro at least once a year. 2.) Check Your Roof Replacing a roof isn’t cheap, but your roof will last longer with regular maintenance and care. Replacing shingles here and there is easy, but replacing a roof will cost a lot more. Here are some tips to help you take
