OVERVIEW As a leading provider of facility management services, Inaya has produced the following brand guidelines, which should be followed and observed when delivering, commissioning or developing DQ\ FRPPXQLFDWLRQ DFWLYLWLHV :LWKLQ WKHVH EUDQG JXLGHOLQHV \RX ZLOO ƏQG H[SODQDWLRQV EHKLQG the brand identity and how Inaya should be portrayed in all its activities. The brand guidelines set forth have been carefully created inline with the vision of the company’s VHQLRU PDQDJHPHQW WR UHƎHFW HƯFLHQF\ SURIHVVLRQDOLVP DQG FRPPLWPHQW WRZDUGV VRFLDO responsibility.
INDUSTRY SPECIFICATION As an industry, facility management is focused towards the integrated multi disciplinary functions that involve the day to day operations of both residential and commercial buildings, including but not limited to schools, hospitals, stadiums, shopping malls and high rise towers. Focusing on procurement, business continuity planning, space allocation and general maintenance, facility management ensures the ongoing functionality of a building from all aspects.

While maintaining a clean, elegant font, the Inaya logo has been designed to SURMHFW DQ LPDJH RI HĆŻFLHQF\ SURIHVVLRQDO ism and connectivity. Redesigning the ‘Y’ of Inaya into a creative logo, we have been able to further distinguish ourselves as an organisation, drawing inspiration from two ideas:

LOGO PLACEMENT We should avoid setting the logo in any central point of a designated area. The preferred placement should be in any corner position or corner centred.

LOGO SIZES The minimum determined size for the Inaya logo is 25 millimetres. Any further minimisation will diminish the YLVXDO HĆŞHFW :KLOH WKHUH LV QR PD[L mum, the integrity of the proportion should always be maintained. If using the ‘Y’ symbol separately from the logo, the minimum size should be 12 millimetres. The size of the favicon when used on our website should be QR VPDOOHU WKDQ SL[HOV
USING OF THE REGISTERED LOGO In order to protect the use of the Inaya logo as a registered symbol in outbound corporate communications such as, but not limited to website advertising and or corporate documentation, we should use the ‘R’ designated sign which has been created in two VL]HV ODUJH DQG VPDOO H[HPSOLĆŹHG RQ this page. LOGO COLOURS The colour used in the Inaya logo is n$PUR *UHHQo PHWDSKRULFDOO\ H[HPSOL fying our commitment to both sustainable growth and environmental initiatives. Breaking away from the traditional blue, light green has for a long time been associated with nature, spring and hope. No alterations of the logo or symbol should ever be applied. When using the logo on a background, it should always be white, without any patterns or possible distractions. If the logo is used on a coloured background, then a white version of the logo should be used.

MONOCHROME LOGO The preferred display of the logo is with the designated ‘Amro Green’ colour. BACKGROUND IMAGE Light-coloured, uncluttered imagery
Although the Inaya logo may be used on various image based backgrounds, WKHUH PXVW EH VXƯFLHQW FRQWUDVW between the two layers. When placing the logo onto an image, the important thing to consider is that it’s located in an uncluttered part of the image for PD[LPXP UHFRJQLWLRQ DQG LGHQWLƬFD tion. If using the logo on a very light background a dark monochrome version should be used and if using a light dark image background, a white logo should be used.

THE TYPEFACES Ubuntu is our typeface. We use it in four variations; bold, medium, regular and light. Typography is an integral aspect of our brand identity.
