EMPOWER:
MENTORING AND MOTIVATING
The Responsive Classroom® Master Teachers cohort comprises Lower School faculty who are dedicated to practicing and promoting Responsive Classroom® techniques and philosophies. These teachers are committed to supporting the rest of the staff in implementing best practices of Responsive Classroom®, including engaging academics, positive teacher language, student motivation and classroom management.
They have spent significant time leading professional development workshops for teachers and assistant teachers, coaching individual faculty members with high-quality support, and elevating the conversation and discourse around building a positive culture in the entire Lower School for the benefit of our students.
